Gave up soda last January. Since then I've had 1 ramune that I got when I went to Disney World........ though I did have a weird dream where I had a soda not long ago......

I only drink soda when I go out to eat, or as mixers with alcohol. So it tends to vary. If I'm staying at home I don't drink soda at all.

Sure, soda isn't good for you but there are a lot of worse things you can be putting down your throat. As long as you drink it in moderation I don't see why people can't enjoy a Coke once in a while.

I reduced drinking coke because I drank a loooot when I was young. Because I also like eating chocolate I started drinking water instead of coke. Now I only drink coke when I'm out or when we have cherry coke at home... I love drinking still water now! 😃
