romance manga with a male lead like this:
-acts mean but is actually a really good guy
-tries to protect everyone especially female lead
-struggles a lot with inner problems
-will do anything for female leads (and others) happiness and cares a lot about them
-gives leader/loner vibes (kinda like hiroto from kirarin revolution, natsume from gakuen alice and akito from kodocha no omocha)
