I don't remember the name of this manga, but I remember it was about a boy looking for a place to stay, and he eventually lives with 3 sisters who run a restaurant. Eventually, the boy and the youngest sister fall for each other. Somewhere along the story, a cousin (a male toddler) of the three sisters comes and tries to get the boarder thrown out of the house/restaurant by coming up with pranks that the sisters believe the boarder is performing. I can't place the title of this manga. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Well, I don't know if there is a full manga about it. But I do remember in Salad Days there is a story about it. I don't remember which volume though. Sorry if this is not helpful.

Ugh, I found it after going through more than half of Salad Days. The chapter's called "Another Episode," the first chapter of Volume 11. Chapter 88 on Onemanga.
