Well, technically it's from an Anime, it's actually from a video game.
My avatar is Ovan from the .hack//G.U. games, and the .hack//Roots anime. This particular screen shot is from the games, though.

I'm not sure... I think he's just afraid to show his face, as you saw in the filler episode. Girls and Sasuke might be attracted to him o.O... he's kinda like kenny from south park, except cooler.
