Okay....Don't know you accept me or not...?
Here my spec....
- My English is average
- I'm not good in drawing
- For now, I'm still rookie in every position..
- If you provide me the right software and little guide..I can be useful...
- Sometime...I can be a clumsy person...
If possible, for now... ...
Hmmm....so....
You can't be proofreader.
You can't be redrawer
You can't actually be anything since you don't know what to do...
You don't even know what software to use but you think you can be useful....
...and you are a clumsy person...does this mean that you can make your computer blow up just by pressing on a button? 😮
...and you want to be a substitute member...
Wow...now could you tell me if you would ever hire a person who says that they don't know anything but are willing to learn but only some times so I shouldn't expect anything from them since they only want to be a substitute?
Hopefully you didn't mean that, if you did then my answer is clearly a NO! ^^

^ Ouch harsh. lol.
@mikado94 I think the main problem is that you want to be an alternate member. (I assume. I am not affiliated with Aka to Kuro. I just couldn't help but comment.) The things you listed in of themselves are not a problem... but it's not really worth it to train someone who's only going to be there sometimes. (For some groups it's worth it, but for most, it's not really.)
In my experience, alternate members are experienced in whatever position they are filling in for. This is because when a regular member is unavailable, groups usually want someone who can pick up the slack quickly and without much instruction, until the regular person comes back.
My recommendation (for the editing path) is that you "ask a friend" to help you get a copy of Photoshop. It doesn't have to be the latest version. CS2 works. (It's the most easy to obtain...) Read some tutorials. (There's lots online!) Try editing on your own a bit. Maybe join some groups that offer training or just keep doing things by yourself until you have good enough samples for freelance stuff.
Do keep in mind is that groups tend like dedication and commitment more than experience (unless you're completely incapable xD) It doesn't matter how skilled the person is, if they're not there when you need them.

To our new seinen title Supinamarada! we need an editor, a cleaner with redrawing skills or a redrawer. This will help on the speed for releasing more chapters.
Otherwise we need the same stuff as before
translators to start new titles
editors, cleaners, typesetters for the rest of the titles.
Interesting in joining u, then apply~
