I like to watch Sherlock Holmes, 10 Things I Hate About You, How to Train Your Dragon, and Only You (with Marisa Tomei and RDJ). They're my 'happy' movies if I want something to lighten my mood.
Well, Sherlock Holmes isn't necessarily happy, but I love RDJ and Jude Law so much that it pleases me greatly. xD

Oh, and the two Ace Ventura movies! laugh

Any Adam Sandler or Drew Barrymore movies especially The Wedding Singer and 50 First Dates. Happy Gilmore and Never Been Kissed too.

Like other posts, most Disney movies smile And Pixar animations too. And everything Studio Ghibli, Howl's Moving Castle a prime example. I love kid's movies biggrin Oh, a good recent example is Tangled!

Also, The Holiday leaves me with warm and content fuzzies every time. Hmm...I think most rom-coms make me feel that way, as long as they don't go too corny or "guy-humour" like Knocked Up. But only the best rom-coms create lasting fuzzies or a lasting impression.

@comel I love A Walk to Remember too (very emotional) but the feeling it leaves me with has too much sadness for me to group it with my "happy fuzzy movies"
