There's a similar topic here. I think it's from 4 days ago. Anyway, I second Koe no Katachi. I just read it last week and I really enjoyed it. There's also D-ASH where female mc can't walk.

Flower (Wada Naoko) is the best suggestion I have.

I can't think of any others right now that weren't already mentioned on the thread you were linked to--maybe a few, but they're fantasy/supernatural.

I'd also mention, and strongly recommend, Living with One Leg (as long as you don't mind one of the Korean webtoons that is). Naty Cat is by far one of the best of the authors to come out of that medium.

It had a certain amount of its chapters fan scanlated, but is currently being published by SpotToon. While you can buy the chapters in bulk, you can also just wait and read the one chapter a week they release for free.

It's very good, and yeah, no fantasy/supernatural/bs, just a disabled protagonist desperately pursuing a goal.
