I kinda like those shounen romance with clear art and some humor, but the fact that the main relationship never seems to progress annoys me considerably.

So I'm searching for something like Wagatsuma-san wa Ore no Yome but where the main couple start dating fast enough, something completely translated if possible.

Love Roma fits I believe

Kimi no Iru Machi might be something to pick up, although personally it's not a favorite of mine. Shounen with nice art that explores the relationship well past dating. It's something of a frustrating read, though.

Bonnouji is another that fits, and is close to being completed.

Haru no Houtai Shoujo is a personal favorite, although it's a new manga so it may not be what you're looking for. But the main couple is together at the start of the manga, which I found refreshing.
