So now that we are nearing the end of the series I was wondering other peoples opinions on whether they will win the game or not. I personally think they can if they do an on side kick then musashi will truely become the 60 yard magnum to win the game on a field goal by one point.

I don't think they will win Christmas bowl, they had made history already being so close to Teikoku in this match.

I guess they are gunna win then they might do a time skip to another deimon devilbats team and show the epic legend they created =D

That would be pretty cool maybe sena will be the coach or something, but they should change the name for a spin off because this whole series is based on sena and it wouldnt be the same if they focused on someone else

Yes. Unless something out of the blue happens like Hiruma not being able to throw anymore or a sudden injury, they'll most likely win.

But Eyeshield 21 doesn't exactly use that I think (maybe I'm wrong). I would be disappointed if they make 1 second to go on for more than 1 chapter.

As for why, I think that it would be too shounenish if they win, well, it's shounen, but they had lost some matches already, and I think it would be more dramatic if they lose. Yeah, I voted no.

I agree it's the last chance for Hiruma and Kurita, but they reached far enough already I think. If they win Hiruma's father might show up though. Argh, I don't know what to think anymore!

I don't think it's their last chance anyways. I think that even if they lose Hiruma will blackmail the principal into letting third years play (because he is awesome like that). But I still want them to win. Though it sucks cuz their dream has always been getting to the Christmas Bowl, not winning it. Btw what's after the Christmas Bowl? I forgot 😕

that would be to half-assed on their part if they only planned on just getting there. what's the point of doing something if you don't plan on going all the way. all the determination they've gotten themselves during all their games wouldn't be as strong either.
