Hmm, there's Ou-dorobou Jing and it's sequel and more mature series King of Bandit Jing. Both of which have stunning art, the latter with more expressionistic Chiaroscuro-influenced drawings.
There's also Steam Detectives, but I've no idea how good it is, and the art ain't great.
Can't think of anything else, tsk. I wonder if there's as many Steampunk manga as there is comics...
Oh, Fullmetal Alchemist too, but I didn't really enjoy the bit I read.
One Piece is considered SP too, but it's not heavy on the cogs n' steam n' pipes the same way the others are...

Wings of Vendemiaire wasn't that great, I thought, but it fits. You also might like Phil Foglio's webcomic, Girl Genius.

A lot of MIYAZAKI Hayao works are set in steampunk universes, Howl's Moving Castle is a prominent example.
Also, D.Gray-man is set in a steampunk world, even if it uses magic instead of tech.
