Hey peeps! I wonder if you may recall some forgotten manga I was reading?

Here's four descriptions:

1. FOUND!! Toukyou Palette - Shoujo, romance, Poor backwards country girl moves to Tokyo to go to HS and lives in apartment alone that kinda looks like an old motel - a single level building - all apts are side by side and run down, with a nice old odd landlord who's her only friend. She then discovers a singing idol lives next door....relationship ensues.etc. etc.

2. FOUND Gochisou wa Tasogare no Kaerimichi - Josei, romance, This manga was with a single OL who recently refused a omiai and cancelled her marriage days before the service-her parents, having spent much money ask her to pay them back and are pretty much @$$ e $ and treat her badly for doing this. She moves out and finds her new landlord is in the same boat as her. She starts liking him and asks him out.....

3. FOUND!! Kanojo to Kare no Shuumatsui- Josei, romance - Extremely hot sucessful businessman lives next door to Incredibly smart beautiful businesswoman - they both work at the same business. But at home she becomes a lazy slob with sweats and stuffed animals and he's an otaku nerd who spends the day playing games. He starts teaching her how to date as she has never been on any, training ensues. Until she starts falling for him instead.

4. FOUND!! Sankaku Yanemachi Apato - Josei, romance: OL divorces or breaks up on cheating partner, quits her job, moves from Tokyo and comes home countryside to work and room & board in her Dad's old classically crafted artisan roof tile/ceramic making business. I think Dad has died so his old friend or ex-supervisor is running business. She now works with his son - her hottie childhood friend and now whomever will inherit the company is in question. She's interested in her childhood friend, not so much into inheriting the business, just wants work. But hottie's younger brother keeps hating on her for thinking she's trying to weasel in on the business.

No.3 might be Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii.

  I think the biggest hindrance to identifying these series is that all these were released within the last 3 years or under, so unless you follow the magazine releases monthly (I don't believe any were yet  a completed series when I was reading them, or maybe just have completed by now) You'll probably not have seen them scanalated or even with any of the groups, or on any of the manga readers.  You would see them a newish releases place like here...

Other info that may help:

1. Girl had long dark hair with bangs and reminds me of Ten in Short Short Cake. She may wear in twin tails occasionally.

2. OL has short, fluffy, not filled in hair much like Rie on Koidaike no Hitobito, she's often shown in her (awful) OL uniform. In fact she and Rie remind me of each other a lot. MC guy has scruffy dark hair, glasses and seems burley, loves, loves, loves his cat - often seen together and he also likes to bake.

3. I knew my description may lead some think of Wotaku ni Koi wa Muzukashii, but it is not it. The one I am looking for has a real, real ikeman, with black hair, suave and she is portrayed as having light haired (do they mean to imply she's a blonde? I always wonder, I know it's just to tell people apart but yeah, her hair has no fill..) They sort of look like the couple from Totsuzen Desu ga, Ashita Kekkon Shimasu, but definitely younger and chic. The guy has longer black hair and is taller (like male modelesque) than Ryuu is and the girl's is similar to Asuka's but maybe no bangs.

4. MC girl has normal dark hair, shoulder length with bangs I believe, she's a t-shirt, jeans kind of girl as she's working with a kiln, firing hugh heavy ornate roofing tiles Same as is hottie childhood friend, he has a normal haircut - dark - attractive dude, so noticeable features. Younger brother has light or reddish hair, short reg. cut too, shown in school uni often..

sorry for not knowing any of them, though 4 does seem familiar...

#1 sounds like it's probably Toukyou Palette.

I think #4 is Yuru Koi the summary is kinda off, but I'm pretty sure there was pottery . But then again, I read this one years ago, so my memory might be hazy...
[EDIT]Oh, just read your reply with the description of the characters... Yeah, no, that manga isn't it. Sorry.
