They are suing activision, redoctane, mtv games, and electronic arts over guitar hero and rock band because of a patent violation. Ironically enough, rock band doesn't even use gibson models. Also, I believe, but could be wrong, that the guitar models on GH are licensed from gibson. So I really don't understand the whole thing. Gibson just likes to sue people.

This isn't really about a band, but anyone near the NJ/NY area? Do you know anything about the All Points West Music & Arts Festival? Is it worth it?
