Not in the least.
I do get turned on by Hentai sometimes, but that is more a question of the setting of the scene and how the characters are related to each other.
Hentai with a setting or "story" that doesn't appeal to me doesn't get a rise from me, no matter how good the artwork.
For example, I can also get excited about erotic stories, but porn doesn't interest me. I guess I'm wierd that way.
