I am 😕 by this issue whenever I go on to forums licensed manga are always taken down, links removed etc. yet there is still licensed manga that is scantalated and avail. to view.

ex. Skip Beat, The Wallflower, Love Pistols, Jack Frost, Nodame C.

Now don't get me wrong, I read 4 of the above titles and purchased all avail. vols. of the fifth but why are the above titles avail. when others aren't? 😐
