Sure, he's smart, but ultimately he's just a power-hungry kid that not only seriously believes he can become God, but also thinks he has the right to choose whether or not someone deserves to live or die. If that's not psychotic, I really don't what is.

I haven't read too many manga series with phychotic characters, but I think the two main characters from Goth were pretty scary, especially the male one.

Then again, Johan from Monster was pretty scary too.
