Some parts of Balance Policy has this, if I remember correctly.

I took the idea of a "FL" pretty loosely, if you couldn't tell...

And if you're OK with the opposite premise, Seito Kaichou desu ga Josou Hajimemashita has a genderbent male lead from the female lead's PoV.
