Im looking for a manga forgot whats its called. The MC meet some girl, who then pretend to be his girlfriend for some reason (I cant remember why but it was suppose to be a one-time only situation). But because the girl's grandmother and the MC grandmother know each other and are both sick in a hospital or nursing home, the girl decides to continue to pretend to be his girlfriend a little while longer.

Thats all I got, I think I was 4 chapters in. I think the MC grandmother was kinda rich or it had something to do with inheritance. I just not sure. I dont even remember what site I read it on.
