The girls are usually on the "not interested side" so the most they worry is "damn, I had to diss 6 guys today", which is a bother, but yeah, usually bothersome at most.

Guys on the other hand are on the active side, so while you had to tell a 6 guys to back off, there's some guy out there that was turned down by 6 girls, so tell me? which is worse, turning down 6 persons or getting turn down by 6?

think about it next time you complain about a guy not having the guts -.-

No, YOU stop complaining about my personal preferences. I have every right to like the type of men I like. Also I am ready to be the one "with the guts" if necessary, nothing wrong with girls making the moves, but as I said I prefer when guys do it. I didn't say that everything else is wrong, stupid etc. I have merely provided my opinion, I have not complained "why won't any guys take control of the situation". Besides if you get turned down, tough luck, happens to everyone, also to those women who go for it!

Sorry, it's just that you pinched a nerve and I've been kinda down lately because of a hand injury(which makes it impossible for me to go boxing, and boxing is the only thing that keeps the last shred of sanity intact), but still, no excuse for my behavior >.<

You're right, you are free to have your preferences regarding anything, and that wasn't actually what made me bitchy, was the "I hate guys without any guts" part. That put me in touch with my own flaws and made me remember some bad moments.

I think it reeeeeeeeeeeeally doesn't matter whether he or she starts.if you want to kiss and you don't know she has a boyfriend or something what could stop you just do it.if she starts and you want it then simply go along.
obviously life is no manga with sparkling moments so I suppose with "heat of the moment" you mean the awkward moments when your faces come close but no one goes for a kiss immediately?

if thats the case....if she moves her face to yours or if she doesn't pull her head back if you bring yours closer than than you don't have to worry.don't think about it so much and do it without regrets.thats always better than to do nothing

I've never kissed anyone before, but I (a girl) would just go for it myself. Maybe not aggressively, but slowly, giving some hints to make sure the other person knows my intentions.

It doesn't matter who should do it. If you want something, then do it yourself. That's my philosophy 😀

cuz i know most people in the world will go with ther gut instict tells them or what they were advised by a close friend

but me i'm different

i sometimes just hav trust issues and will def. resort to getting opinions from a large crowd rather that from a close friend or my gut instict, so i research questions in polls and over the internet to find out what the majority feel is right then i would base my decision on that, u might think that isnt right but i have no regret after this and only feel more knowlegable.

so now that i know, i'm glad and will do things the way that seems more right!

I personally don't think you should be apologising here. Yes muraved has the right to preferences in guys but saying that she hates guys who don't have the guts to do it was just asking for somebody get annoyed. I would have said it if you didn't so well done you.

Either one is fine as long as both want it, if a girl initiates the kiss before I do (happened a couple of times), and I like the girl, then I just need to throw gas to the fire she started, with actually makes it THAT much easier.

The verb can also be used when referring to mild annoyance, I didn't mean I get raged when I think guys like that. And there's is nothing wrong with saying "I hate guys without any guts".

Don't really have any experience, but I think that's how I would do it.

There is no 'first step'. It's more like you know when to kiss. No one is making the first step. It is a shared first step.

I think gender stereotypical roles are BS and that there doesn't have to be a girl and a guy to kiss.
