We had this kind of argument a couple months back. Manga are not labeled by their content. It is all based on what magazine they are serialized in in Japan, therefore some mature feeling series like is a shonen, and other series that could easily be read by young boys are labeled Seinin. It just happens that the majority of Seinin are more mature because they are aimed at an older audience.

Hence why I said I can't really see kiddies reading this, not that they don't it's just not what most kids would find interesting. They're called demographics by the way. Shojo, shonen, seinen, and josei are all demographics not genres. They're more of a economic term rather than a literary term because they're used when targeting certain consumer bases.
