Hi. I'm new here. Ok. so there really isn't a good description of what exactly one does here. It says like 10 times or something that this isn't a site for downloading manga, but there are lots of scanlation groups on here, and I don't know what they do if they don't scan in manga and translate it for people to read. Also, I really love to draw manga and umm... it'd be fun to find some kind of group that might want me to draw for them. Or whatever. It just sounds like fun. Could someone help me? Thank you so much.

there probably isn't any groups here that draw manga, they scan it, translate it, then photo edit it. but if you want to get your manga published you should probably find someone interested in helping you photo edit, and make your own group

Mainly, you can look up information about certain manga/authors/publishers, or scanlation releases, and you can create a list to keep track of the series you're reading and what chapter you're on. The site's purpose is very focused, and it is to try to help you find something that you'd like to read. You can try the genre searches or even post a question in the "I'm Looking For" forum.

This is a manga info site, meaning, it tells you the updates of manga series, the descriptions, a forum to discuss, and it gives you the links of pretty much all of the scan groups out there(almost all of them), and you gets download links from the groups. Simple as that.
