i am pretty much a sick person, and im currently looking for some shounen ai manga which has torture and action in them. i prefer good art and a good looking guy MC which gets kidnapped and all that once in a while (frequently)---

Ahaha, sorry then. I don't know any other shounen-ai that might have such themes. And Let Dai is marked shounen-ai so I'm assuming it is otherwise it would've been marked yaoi even if it were very light (ex. Totally Captivated). I read only the first two volumes a long time ago so I don't remember much but there wasn't anything graphical in it. Either way, it has excellent reviews so maybe give it a try?

As for action Count Cain and its sequal God Child, there's mystery and all that stuff. And well I guess there's torture too since the main character's dad abused him as a child and he's still traumatized because of it. As a side note, it's not really shounen ai, more like bromance. Like there's no obvious signs like kissing and stuff but they care for each other deeply. I loved them both, specially the sequel. It was just beautiful.
A Night of a Thousand Dreams, there's kidnapping in it. Not torture though. Definitely recommended.
Jadou - Tenmou Yatan, kidnapping AND torture. Finally!! Lolz. And same goes for Kyuuketsuki no Shouzou. This one is gory though.
Pure (Dakkang), no kidnapping but the dad abuses the main character and the other character saves him.

Ps. By abuse I mean physical abuse and not sexual abuse 😛

EDIT: I know you said you wanna avoid yaoi but I just have to make this recommendation.

i read count cain and absolutely loved it ,but i thought god child was just another collection of the last few parts and not a sequel ? cuz i started to read the first few pages and it is the same as count cain's little mystery fillers of some sort

Continue reading God Child. There's a HUGE twist near the end that just leaves you with your mouth open. And I can definitely say it progresses more with the general story rather than the little arcs.
