It seems there is a focus on the development of romance in last few chapters.

Ringo was the early favorite and childhood friend
Simca is the girl he admires
Sumeragi is basically his mechanic

I personally would really like it to be Ringo because she is his childhood friend, the person who understands him the most, helped him form his team and has a huge influence on Itsuki's ideals.

However i could understand Sumeragi,
but really would like it to be Ringo 😃

YOU FORGOT ALL ABOUT AKITO

Keeping it real, Akito as much as I love the character, Well I rather love Agito, but anywys, as much as I love the character is nothing more than fodder for Yaoi fans and is in no way a serious contestant in this love triangle at all. Yeah...yeah he kised icky blah...blah...blah but most shonen/shoujo manga's throw that stuff in to sucker in people who like that stuff. You know get your money. That being said, why is it the guys in manga never notice the girl who truly loves them until its too late? It's always some new comer. Refelctions of real life I guess but still it's no less annoying. I wanted Ringo with Icky As far as Akito goes, while I'm not a fan of the stuff, he should deifnitely end up with Agito. I know they are one and the same but Agito is destinctly different from Akito and cares for his other self a whole lot. So maybe they can do a freaky accident that causes the two to split physically. Don't know but that would make way more sense than Akito x Ikky IMHO.

For those of you reading the manga raws up until 162 thats released, I was all for Kururu because she was just more real about Ikki then the other two, not counting Akito whatsoever, But if your up to snuff in the raws, then its really clouded right now on which girl is really what. But all I have to say, in terms of sheer badassness, Ikki x Ringo would be a pretty sick AT couple.
