i go out in the middle of winter in 20 degree F weather (that's under 0 degrees C i think) with nothing but a t-shirt, hoodie and jeans (and shoes and socks obviously).

In September, I finally bought my first skirt and the only reason I did that was for a funeral.

i am a girl and i dont wear skirts. last time i wore one was 9 yrs ago

1. they dont suit me
2. i dont actually like wearing them.

friend of mine wore a kilt in -20 degrees C with 20cm of snow, i think it was for a wedding or something

Varies. Shortest ones are prolly less than a foot, but it's hot where I live and I'm short too.
