Alright well i just finished watching the movie, and it was basically hilarious. Yeah some parts pissed me off cuz the actors were lame and there were hardly any kamehameha . Who uses a gun in a kamehameha battle ? Chi Chi and Goku were like horny bunnies lol. If your a hard core dragonball fan then don't watch it but if you want laughs then watch it. 🤣

heres the iffy part for me. I wanna see it, for the ridiculous factor(hard to think of a worse adaptation from memory)

however, if people see it,they'll think it was a hit/sodomizing a story for a crap movie is a good idea.

I haven't ever seen the movie, but for the pictures I saw it doesn't make up for a perfect adaptation of manga/anime outfits nor haves even a bit of fashion sense. It just stucks in the middle, trying to become something suitable for American audiences D:

Look at there target audience for this movie. Its American kids of course there not gonna make a perfect adaptation for it thats 2 much work why do that when you can make the same amount of cash making something really flashy that lil kids will love. They don't give a shit about the people who are into manga / anime cuz that's not there target audience

And for others who say their careers are over, she also played Christine in the recent Phantom of the Opera movie out in 2004. She is an astonishing singer. I'm still not sure on her acting, but she did well as Christine in my opinion.

I'm sure Chow Yun-Fat and James Marsters can survive too. Every actor has a goose egg in their background somewhere. =)

Im curious if the production studio has issued a release to the (im guessing across the board) negative comments about the movie

i get why goku is white...they gave characters w/ asian names(chuchi, yamcha, master roshi) asian actors and everyone else that had not-asian names they got non-asian actors...as for the movie itself...gee i haven't seen it, but i really don't want to either....

Well, as i recall Goku's not asian but pretty much saiyan. -)
