I clearly remember something about Itachi becoming a Gennin at the age of 7 and remembering that the Gennin test was Bunshin i cant see why Itachi's fater praised him about it when he obviously don't look younger than 7 in the chapter.

Anyways this chapter gives me a feeling that Kishimoto is starting to ignore all previous storylines and is making it up as it goes. Not a good feeling I guess. Really its killing all the hope left for the series.

Naruto is still the main character. They've actually focused alot on him and his personality, in the Rescue Gaara Arc, Retrieve Sasuke Arc, and Hidan & Kakuzu Arc where he learnt his wind Sharingan. ... Just because one/two arcs are dedicated to Sasuke doesn't mean it's about him already.

I'll bet after Sasuke's 'drama' is over, they'll focus more on Naruto.

Kisame and Suigetsu were probably just playing with each other, and were not even trying, so that's why Kishimoto didn't even bother showing the fight. I reckon it was a 'friendly' sparring match.

Also, I bet that Sasuke's Sharingan is some kind of evolved Mangekyou Sharingan? Since a normal one usually has 3 thingies, but he's got 6.

Sasuke would strike back at Konoha but I still dont see why he should. I liked the part ! sasuke cries shows that he is human after all. I guess I am a sucker for the rare fluff in shounen 😛 ...didnt like how predictable itturned out at the end tho...

Im just wondering why

when he cried, i was like "AWWW poor thing"... I guess Sasuke needs to hate someone to continue living... First it was Itachi, and now its Konoha... Sigh... Sasuke is being controlled just like a pupet!! But i kinda understand his urge to revenge his brother...

but Naruto is way to weak compared to Sasuke.... Wonder how its going to develop....

im guessing the new eye that he got has an obvious condition to it, like a normal sharingan should be in a life and death situation, and mangyoku sharingan is wen you kill someone close to you? i guess but that new eye , sasuke seems to be the first uchiha to acheive that eye maybe? either cause he killed his brother or maybe he's head was filled with pure hatred?

im guessing naruto is special too, i have a strong feeling he has a rin'nengan as well in his blood for some odd reason... or some other special shit up his sleeves... one because i mean otherwise how the hell would he stand a chance against sasuke having orochimarus power, with massive training with new abilities, and now his new eyes, two because the author seems to be making alot of shit up while going down the road though

In my opinion, the chapter rushed the story too much and left many things inconcluse.
I kind of expected Sasuke to do that, but i was praying for no more Sasuke vs Naruto fight (didn't like the last one).
I thought the author was going to reveal akatsuki's misteries, instead he skipped it and continued with Sasuke's revenge, this time against konoha...

I believe the eyes are what he got when he accepted taking Itachi's eyes, thus explaining why Madara saved Itachi's body. You might notice no single Mangyoku looks the same, I think this is just his version of it

Sauske no longer has Orochimaru in him, Itachi ripped him out in their fight, remember? I'm pretty sure Naruto has at lest 1 trick up his sleeve he can use in an absolute emergency. You'll recall that Jiraya told him not to use "that" techique. Some assumed it to me not to rely on the Kyuubi, but I think it's and last resort jutsu that Jiraya taught him, maybe his father's technique that was used to seal the Kyyubi, or perhaps a way to release the fox demon altogether. Then again, this manga has repeated endlessly then theme of the fight between the underdog the works 10 times as hard for everything and the genius that everything comes to easily. In most of those fights, the underdog has, more often than not, won. Either way I do see Naruto going after Akatsuki, not to avenge Jiraya, though I couldn't blame him, but because they are clearly a threat to the peace of his village and I think he cares for the village more than anything, though I doubt he'd go as far as going against his morales like Itachi was forced to. Either way I see him going up against and defeating Pain, with Jiraya's last bit of information as the guide to kill him.

I do have to say I called the Madara taking Sasuke in as a replacement for Itachi, and another Naruto x Sasuke fight was in the works about 4 months ago, plain and simple it sells well and brings in readers, therefore how could they not do it?

Anyway, I hope we can get back to Naruto and crew now. It might just be me or do others think another time skip is a possibility? While Sasuke gains support to take down the leaf and Naruto goes on to train even more intensely than ever, dunno, just saw it and thought it might be a possibility.
