I am in fact, a female, and i did love to read manga/manhwa/manhua all the time. I was even the admin of a scanlation group.
Many guys have told me i'm hot, or sexy or extremely cute. Not to boast. PEOPLE just think nerds are the only ones that read comic books. They associate loners with them.
But on the contrary, more comic readers are popping up. And you shouldn't ask a guy to judge his girlfriend. Most likely, he'll say she's hot because OBVIOUSLY he's dating her.
I think it's almost impossible to find a HOT guy who reads manga/manhwa/manhua.

I think nowadays so many people read manga/manhwa that it's almost impossible to generalize the "looks" of the readers.
But maybe there's some part of essence in what you say, if you redefine it to "difficult to find a HOT guy who ADMITS he reads manga", as it's still seen (at least in some communities/groups) as a kind of geeky thing to do 🙄
If I, for example, present myself to some cute girl I've just met, my on-and-off manga addiction usually isn't the first thing I bring up XD
