Technically it wasn't shoplifting. O_O

Shoplifting is taking the item from the counter or shelves, I "borrowed" an item from the floor (someone must have dropped it >_>), so I didn't shoplift. And I know the nice store owner wanted me to keep that $20 barbie doll. ^__^

So I didn't shoplift, I only made another person happy by making myself happy first. That doesn't count, right? O_O

Other than that (which doesn't count) no I have not shoplifted. ^^

A lot of the stores I go to are locally owned, and not some mega chain store, so if I were to shoplift from there I would feel bad for the owners.
I have considered doing it from chain stores, but the concequences can be severe if they catch you, and it's not worth the risk for me.

I often stole change from the sports shop my grandad owned and I worked in. I'm pretty sure I took a tennis ball or two as well.

Oh wait! On two occasions, and in the same newsagents store, I walked out with a free magazine. I used to purchase three or four magazines every month, and one day the salesperson picked up two mags at the till in one hand, and only scanned the bigger one. She must not have realized she was holding two or something.
Either way, it was her fault, not mine! 😎

I used to be a super good guy but I feel alot of my morality has been stripped from me. The classic "shell of his former self", but I still wouldn't do it.

BUT I HAVE done it.... twice... a 1 dollar rock from the zoo. I didn't steal it, someone else did and handed it to me and I didn't put it back. Same thing happend with some candy. a friend just took some for me and him, and gave it to me, and I didn't say anything but I felt it was wrong.

I did, a couple of times. I stole some temporary tattoos from my grandma's deli when I was about 7-9...don't remember exactly. It was because if I bought them my mom would get mad since my grandma would tell her, so when no one was at the counter I would sneak in and steal one.
I regret it, and know that someday I'll have to pay her, but I don't want her to know. XD
I have never stolen anything, before or after that, from someone else, not even my mom.
I told my mom about it and she couldn't believe me since I have always been a good girl and she knew I never liked to take things that aren't mine. =___=;

i used to a lot (my sister got me started and i liked it so i kept doing it) but then i got caught and had to stop cuz ever time i tried to after that i was too scared to get caught again.

I got caught one day and was humiliated publicly(sorta...no, it wasn't by having to do community service), and that made me stop.
