I searched the forum and didn't find this topic yet. So...spit it out^^
I've never have shoplifted...but it is only because I am afraid to be caught. In other words I'm a bad guy^^
Nop, had been tempted to grab some fruit on a grocery store, but morals always prevail.

I've never physically stolen something, but when I was living in the Philippines, I didn't pay for my jeepney fare multiple times. I feel awful now, but back then, a 10 year old child would rather spend it on candy. Oh well, I think I've paid my share of bad karma though.

Never in my life have I ever >.> Well, I stole some gum when I was little and that's as close as I've come to shoplifting. I'm not exactly tempted to shoplift, but if I could get away with it...but that's another story. Shoplifting is only something I'd do if I had to or as an act of rebellion.

Nope. Never. Never even been tempted. I have walked out of stores forgetting I was holding something before, but I always felt super guilty when I realized my mistake and brought them back as soon as I realized it.
My roommate accidentally stold a $50 sweatshirt from the campus bookstore. She was buying books and a sweatshirt and set it down on the counter, but the person checking her out must have thought it was her sweatshirt and never rang it up. When she got back to the dorm and checked her reciept, she felt really guilty and considered bringing it back, but I guess greed prevailed becuase she enjoys telling the story about her free sweatshirt.
I am a breath of insanity in a world of chaos.

I've never stolen anything, not even by accidently forgetting to pay, because I forgot I was holding it, I always relise when I get to the door.

Never shoplifted, I figure if I don't have the money or I'm not willing to pay for it, I don't need it. I also don't like the idea of getting caught, I hate getting into trouble.

I have never shoplifted, technically.
If the sea were made of Whiskey and I was a duck
I'd swim to the bottom and never come up
Ne'er have I purloined from the stalls,
except once when I was five and took
a necklace. I was pretty damn stealthy
and it looked natural when I passed the
security.

Only when I'm broke and hungry, and only at major stores and supermarkets, never from family-owned businesses.
I never steal stuff of a higher value than aprox 7$.
I could go on to say that I only steal basic foods like milk or bread, and that I always look for the food with the longest gone consuptiondate, but that would be a straight out fabrication... 😀

Nope, never.
Didn't really consider it either.
The thought has just crossed my mind with all the movies and cartoons~ (when I was younger)
Though I did eat some pickled cucumbers and olives from those stalls where they sell them by the pound.
I don't think it's considered stealing (lol, and not shoplifting either), but I couldn't help but feel guilty for doing that...
I still do...
Hrodulf and Bjornolfr, you will not be forgotten.

In my defense, I was young and stupid at the time.
This.
The first time I was 5, and took a pack of gum from the store. My mom brought me back in to apologize to the manager and give it back.
The second time would be when I was 12 at one of the local card shops. The owner took advantage of my age and stole a bundle of my duplicate rares that were in my binder when he took it to the back to get 'pricechecked'. I probably took around 125 dollars worth of cards from that point on trying to equalize it, though I felt like an idiot later on for stooping to his level. In the end he got the better deal by around 250 dollars. I still hold a grudge for it too.

probably the same as blackraven.. young and stupid, even though it was only a gum or an occasional cookie 🙂
btw, when i took the gum, that detector thingy didn't go off, even though it was just in my pocket.. 😕
there was something that happened recently though.. it wasn't really shoplifting.. it was just, me and my friends went to a mall to buy lots of food to celebrate one of my friend's 21st birthday.. i was tired and it was hot.. so i took a bottle of some cold refreshing drink.. and thought ill just drink a bit and pay anyway later.. but we took so much time there that i ended up drinking the whole bottle and started thinking along the lines.. "hey, i drank it already, what's to pay for anyway? 😢 ".. so one of my friends just put it somewhere randomly on one of the shelves.. i still kinda regret it, cause if i start drinking while still buying stuff, i always pay for it... the only thing that may redeem us.. is that we bought a whole bunch of stuff, paid a hefty sum for it and probably covered the loss of one bottle for the shop 😛
All is Hitsuzen...
