Be it yaoi or yuri, i don't care. I want series with a lonely protagonist, being in relationships after relationships resulting in no good of an outcome, on second thought, it doesn't even need to be relationships, maybe just interactions with other people, romantic or not. And at one point s/he completely gives up on happiness. I want a deep protagonist please, not those shallow wimpy little bitches that are dumb enough to be played around by assholes. Btw if it's a yaoi, please rec me something with a manly uke, and I'd prefer it if the point of view of the lonely person to be in the uke's; but if they are a reversible couple then perfect.

Doushitemo Furetakunai kinda fits this I think? Shima has pretty much given up on happiness or "the things I wanted but couldn't have". But there's no revolving door of relationships though. But I'm guessing you've already read this since pretty much everyone has!

@frou lol yeah I did. I liked the series, still, I don't think it's what I'm looking for. Like, Shima gave up way too soon. But thanks anyways 🙂
