Hey guys im looking for a manga that deals with Envy and jealously.Im looking for seinen/shounen mostly.Example would be Judge(from the sama author that did Doubt)plz dont suggest FMA...thx in advance

Well, in a way I suppose Mahou Gyoushounin Roma deals with jealousy, desire and other such base emotions...
I know this is a josei, but you really ought to check out Petshop of Horrors as well.
