Hey guys! I'm looking for a manga where the main guy falls for the second lead girl like in Kono s o mi yo. Like there are 2 main girls in that manga and he falls for the second one which is Makato. (Even though that doesnt happen sadly[SPOILER!]) I dont no why but its rare for me to like the main girl. I have second lead syndrome. Help me T.T

Best one that comes to my mind is Molester Man by YOKO. The title and the art style might be unusual, but don't let them mislead you! It's a great such Slice of life romance, very real, humorous and insightful, and since it's based on a true story, the protagonist doesn't fall for the first girl he sees but for the one he gets along with best.
By the way, you can hide spoilers by putting [spoiler] and [/spoiler] around the spoiling content (cf. BBCode Reference).

To be savoured:
- Blood Alone by TAKANO Masayuki
- Otoyomegatari by MORI Kaoru
- Gangsta. by Kohske

I know there was a similar request not too long ago but I can't recall its title. The closest one is this (the gender roles are reversed though):
Main character chooses The Other Guy
It's not what I meant but I can't seem to find the original thread at the moment. I'll post it here if it rises from the abyss inside my mind that we call memory. Argh...! What's wrong with all those requests for female protagonists choosing the second guy?!
EDIT:
Think I found it; half of the criteria match yours:
