I searched and found no similar thread, I might have overlooked though. So I'm curious to know who people dislike, find annoying or just hate in Bleach.

Most annoying characters imo-
Rukia- I might be the only one that finds her annoying. I didn't like her since day one, maybe because I find her too overbearing and kinda manly for my like. As much as I like tough and confident female leads, I found Rukia rather weak and underdeveloped as a character. Too much time was wasted on her, for nothing.

Keigo- He just has annoying written all over him.

Kon- Reason I stopped watching the anime. His appearances are unfunny and irritating. A waste of a character.

Inoue- It's love/hate with her. I didn't think of her much during the beginning of the series, but due to the latest arc she has grown on me. I'm waiting to see her flesh out a bit more though.

There are other characters but listing them would make it seem like I hate all the good guys. Though I do find all the villains way more appealing than many of the main characters. I actually like all the arrancars and Aizen, even Mayuri.

Note: I didn't add a poll because after listing the captains and lieutenants it was already 20+ options, and I would have had to add the Arrancars and Vizards too, that's time consuming...>_>

Easily, the character I hate the most is Hitsugaya. I just can't stand anything about the guy.

Other than that, I really despised Nnoitora. That's a more rational hatred that stems from me being a huge Nell fan though.

I don't like Ulquiorra or Renji much either, and I think Omaeda is pretty much a waste of a lieutenant position.

But yeah other than that I like most all the characters.

Rukia: She should had died... in the SS arc!!!

Renji: SO MANY WASTED PANELS ON SUCH AN USELESS CHARACTER!!!! also should had died in the SS arc at the hands of byakuya.

Hitsugay a: Should had died at the hands of Aizen Sama in SS arc

Momo Hinamory: Like Hitsugaya

If all those Shinigamis had died in the SS arc, the Manga would be seen in a better light (a Villain that kills little children!!!) and Ichigo being the only Shinigami in the group...

THis manga would be better if the fight was about good vs Evil and the humans with power.

CHAD (wouldn't be useless at all)

KEIGO (best personality to have in a group of fighters)

Keigo: God gave me this legs and this power to survive, so I WILL RUN AWAY

Tatsuki Would had trained with Yuroichi
and the pervert I always forget his name....

Not to mention the appearance of Both Mega Dads would have been more likely (I expect Kurosaki-Dono to save his son)

You are not the only one who feels this way. I've been saying the same thing since I was introduced to Bleach.

Momo- she was so naive, I just wanted to smack her around until some sense was knocked into her.

Tousen- another person who's oblivious to what is going on outside of his own preconceived notions.

I can't stand whiny, weak, or single-minded characters and these three seem to top my list as most offensive.
Then again, maybe they've changed, I dropped Bleach awhile ago, I got bored with it.

How could I have forgotten Momo. She's up there with Rukia. She takes naive to a whole new level and so weak. Just when I thought we weren't going to see her anymore she shows up hundreds of chapters later, for what? Nothing.

And nope, sadly the characters you have mentioned have yet to show any improvement.

Kon - Easily the most irritation character ever. Also the reason I stopped watching the anime (as well as those other 3 who are almost as irritating). Seriously, do us a favour and just crush the bloody pill and get rid of him!

Inoue - Far too damsel-in-distress at the start. I have hopes she might come into her own and actually develop a personality beyond screaming 'Ichigo' all the time but up until recently I was hoping for her to die just to liven things up.

Rukia - I agree with LunaMay. She was such a useless wimp for the whole first arc I was wondering why she was even around or why Ichigo cared, most annoying was the way she didn't act like a wimp. I had hope she would start kicking some ass but not been too impressed so far.

Momo - Raeryn said it all.

Matsumoto - Is she aware of how weird it looks to talk and act like that in front of someone as young looking as Hitsugaya? Also, has she even won a proper fight yet? How the hell did she get that rank?

In fact most of the shinigami irritate me. Half of them should have died already and most of them seem to have no other purpose than to waste air. I mean, with the exception of squad 4, they're suppose to be soldiers guarding souls from hollows as well as collecting them yet the vast majority can't even fight! makes no sense.

I think more attention should be given to Hitsugaya. Also I think that Ichigo's and Ishida's dads should be given way more attention than they have so far. Their relationship and past seem like the most interesting also they are probably way more powerful than half the shinigami. Urahara need more attention and Chad and Ishida should be more central as well to give a bit of diversity in terms of powers.

Really? To be honest the main reason why I find Hitsugaya annoying is because too much attention is given to him. I mean, he's got his own frickin' movie and special backstory chapter to boot. There are 9 other current captains (for now) and a load of other characters that deserve to be in the spotlight. It just seems Kubo goes out of his way to somehow involve Hitsugaya in any storyline when others could have sufficed.

inoue, inoue and inoue : Why ? well that's simple, when it's come to her ( or "it " because how can a human be so stupid ), the speach alway's goes by " ichigo, ichigo and ichigo " or some stupid passage where the autor try to make her intelligent and charismatic, but just end up making you loose 1/3 of your brain for reading it. Serriously she is just a waste of time and certainly one of the character i hate the most in the history of manga.

I know but he's a damn sight better than the others. Maybe not more then but I find the current level adequate. Maybe it because I have such a low tolerance for other characters that reading about one I actually do like is a much-needed blessing. My main issue is still the lack of attention Ichigo's and Ishida's dad recieve, they would make for a great read I rekon.

Hmm, I don't know. It takes a lot for an imaginary character to annoy me.

Even though Rukia has a big mouth at times, I still like her. Keigo is just awesome, haha. I used to hate Kon, but now I don't. It'd actually be a relief to see him again after all the drama (no, his recent poll appearance doesn't count). Inoue's such a sweetheart. I'm actually rooting for her to be with Ichigo. Hitsugaya is getting way too much attention, but I still adore the little guy. Renji is kind of meh for me. He was great in the beginning, but now he's been reduced to some side character. He still has his moments though. Nnoitora is freaking awesome. I loved his past and personality. And I could go on and on...

Maybe Dende and Pesche get on my nerves at times. Though at rare occasions, they're actually funny.

I love Hitsugaya and all but I think too much attention was given to him already in previous arcs. I'm actually glad his role was minimized for this arc. I'd like to see more characters flesh out the way he was though.


But Ishii-chan is so funny, how can you not love him?
I never really paid that much attention to Chad so yeah no comment about him...

Yea, he has Bankai, but his strongest move takes so long to prepare, He could definitely be killed by one of the stronger Espada...

I just fixed your sentence, Hitsu has a weak Shikai/Bankai on the overall (only 2 weaker than him are Renji and his OMG slow motion zero kind of attack, and Ichigo and his ultra slow speed)

YES ICHIGO'S BANKAI IS WEAK!!!! The only strong move is the Black Tensuga and we all know that Zangetzu has nothing to do with it)

(Yeah, Yeah Hollow Ichi and Zangetzu are the same, but that doesn't change the fact that Black tensuga is because of the Hollow inside Ichi)


Heck that Replacement crap almost kills Hitsugay... and we all know Luppi was supposed to be 9, but a drunk tattooer let to him being the 6 replacement (is a pain to erase a tattoo and Luppi wasn't worth the acid)
