I hear it's bad for your eyes.

I do it every now and then.

=) great~ A good reason why I don't need to learn it 🤣

Learn? what? Who needs to learn? You can read manga upside down, inside out and backwards. Manga is always goooooooooooood!

Quote from fjgs19

Try reading upside down with a mirror image of it at the same time (n_n)

Here is a Example: 🙂

it is really not that hard to read it... cheating countless times on high school exams develops your eyesight.

As long as I have my glasses on or contacts in I can read it as though I was reading right side up. Though, I can't read as quickly as I can normally when it is upside down.

It's not that hard, but I read slower than the normal way.

No issues reading upside down that I don't normally have. Yes, I sometimes see things completely wrong but that happens normally so it's not like it's anything new.

Lawl. I can somewhat read upside down but there are times where I cannot understand even if I go word by word. My brain shuts down. XD
Although I don't consider it hard. It's quite fun. <3

We often copy our homework during breaks so I often end up sitting on the opposite side...which developed this skill nicely along the years.
It goes slower than reading normally, but I can handle it well.

Some...it's a bit of a trouble. When I try to read upside down, it takes me a bit to comprehend what letters is which. XD

Homeworks are really beneficial when you think like that!.. 🤣

I can do it - but it's way harder then reading rightside-up. I have to read each word as itself, then go back and re-read the whole thing as a sentence. I'd really rather just flip the book around =P

I can do it just as fast as reading right side up.

Eh, I can do it when it's needed. It takes a bit of time, then I get into it and it's alll good.

I don't really need to read upside down though. There are not many situations where it's needed in my life at the moment XD

because you were reading that word upside down instead of upside down and mirrored

I had not realized/did not remember that when you read a book upside down you are also reading from right to left instead of left to right.
Reading upside down is pretty easy. Upside down and mirrored is harder for me. Then there's the fact that, if a person doesn't know they're reading something upside down and mirrored, they might think it is a whole other language.

I agree that spelling is important because of the extra letters people add or the letters people drop.

Why would reading upside down be bad for the eyes?

I can, but I usually don't.
What for?~
I flip the page and read normally.

Why would reading upside down be bad for the eyes?

It puts stress on the eyes, and it's not good for them.
