I'm a guy and the only thing i think is hard for me is my bad vision; other than that i have no problems unlike girls who have to go through menstruation and etc... so I'd have to say women have it harder physically but it also depends on your environment and mental state.

You forgot the third option: Both have a pretty hard life.

I choose this option, because in the end it's not about gender, but the circumstances.

women have it harder (this is coming from a man D=), bleeding once a month, giving birth, and as well with girls always having to look appealing so the opposite sex will notice them (seriously my sister wakes up like at 5 in the morning to do her make-up), i couldnt handle that shiz lol
