It was a shoujo manga with a student/teacher romance.

• the teacher (male) was originally substituting for another pregnant teacher
• the student (female) hated the teacher at first
• she was really smart, but was bad an english so the teacher had to tutor her
• they kissed on a ferris wheel
• a female teacher tried to break them up
• the girl usually wears a cat clip in her hair
