im looking for some mangas that fall into the category similar to GYO, Biomeat and Highschool of the dead, where the human race is close to extintion. The cause can be alien attack, biological, manmade, natural disaster.. anything goes..

In short im looking for some Horror/Action mangas that deal with mankind coming to an end or near end.

Parasyte and Alive both feature threats to human kind. However, both threats are more covert than the ones in Highschool of the Dead and Biomeat; still, they're both excellent manga (don't be thrown off by the art - you'll get used to the art in Parasyte and the art in Alive really improves).
