Theres no logs where there fighting and Orochimarus move makes things dissappear, turn to mud, or snakes.(this is a guess)

Don't forget that Sasuke was being trained by Orochimaru for three years. Add into the equation the fact that all Sasuke has to do is see a non-bloodline jutsu with Sharingan activated and he learns it. It's likely that Sasuke learned a bunch of Oro's moves because if I remember correctly, one of the reasons Sasuke tried to kill Oro is that Oro had "nothing left to teach Sasuke." The only thing he'd really have to focus on is building up enough chakra to use these jutsus and any possible side-effects of them.

I find it wierd though that while Sasuke is out of chakra (allegedly), he can somehow keeps his sharingan activated 😕 . Whatever is powering his sharingan at the moment may be his source of energy for his "final" jutsu.

Sasuke escaped the black fire because Itachi made it go out so that he could get Sasuke's eye from what he thought was the burning body of Sasuke.

I think this may be a reference to the fact that Madara no longer has the nine tails at his beck and call. He was extremely formidable without it but with it he was unbelievably powerful. So, I think he had more than enough power to annihilate the Uchiha clan with the aid of Itachi.

it doesn´t really have something to do with kyuubi being sealed, since even for summoning the user has to be stronger enough to be recognized as a master by the summoned creature. When the Uchiha clan was exterminated kyuubi was already sealed (since it was sealed in the newborn Naruto).

itachi is weak now, his eyes are worthless and genjutsu's can be counteracted with a chakra greater than that casting the jutsu. the uchiha's are considered geniuses not because of sheer power... there are plenty of other ninja uch more powerful than an uchiha. think about the pairing of itachi and kisame and you'll see my point. but why are they geniuses if its not from power? because unlike characters like kisame who whose flashy jutsu which expends mass amount of chakra the uchia can use their chakra the most effectively. in other words a little chakra goues a long way. sasuke is an interesting case because now he has orochimaru's power supply along with his body's efficient use of chakra his abilities seem superior to a mangekyo users. i'd also like to point out that even though itachi is battered and bruised he seemed confident in himself when he said that sasuke is out of chakra implying in a normal fight with out his extra chakra sasuke can be beaten.
