ZnT is one on my top10 of favorites but is unfit for this criteria because Louis is not exactly concious of her power at the beggining and yeah, I'd really like if they gave Saito a little bit of more overwhelming powers.

I would like to recommend Dn Angel. It was the manga that got me into manga. It was one of the best romance mangas I have ever read! But, there is a downside though. The last scan has not come out in over a year, it says that it is still ongoing but I'm unsure. It could be finished. Check it out anyway. ^^ I hope I'm not too late. I hope this helped.

Initial D - genius street racer...his skills reveal early in the story though - rec the anime...its awesome, romance is there but idk if it's the kind of romance you would like though.

Psyren is a good super power and romance manga but does not hit the hidden power part but read it anyways. YUREKA is perfect fit try those two. Also try Saver if your alright with the reverse role.
