Of course it depends where this occurs.

If I'm in an enviornment that I'm comfortable with, such as on my campus or at a party, I'll be at a 3.

If I'm out on the streets, or I'm busy and in a rush it will definitely be between 5 & 6.

Generally, I'm a 5 with everyone, even friends but I can go to a 7, if it's someone I know I'll never meet again. Yeah, I'm the unsociable person but only because I've got no topic to talk about nor do I have any interest in gossip.

i think i am more fit to be 3. i am always eager to meet new people.

the problem is with second meetings. Either i totally forget about them or i find them uninteresting and ignore them. i am eager to know new people but not eager to make new friends.

Then 3 or 5. I usually count on the friends that know everybody to tell me some ditales about those "new" people.

I try to be as nice as I can... especially to kids and older folk.

With people of my age group, it's usually a case of give and take
I give as much respect/affection/tolerance as I receive.

If you come up to me and preach religion, I'll just ignore and walk away.

I basically get along well with simple people (blue-collar workers, hookers, cab drivers) and not so well with snobs (yuppies, fashion-victims, poodle owners).

Outgoing? i try to be polite to most people, but really i'm an Extreme Hardcore Introvert...which means i can't stand loud noisy people or parties. So in RL i hide from everyone, and spend too much time alone.

I'm known to be open and extroverted online though (sometimes) i forgot already which option i clicked - but i DID click one!

Depends on my mood, at times I'll be friendly and talkative, ayet on other occasions I'll simply smile and then continue to mind my own business.

I am only outgoing around people I know reasonably well... with new people I prefer to keep quite, observe and test the waters. Wouldn't want to scare them off with a full blast of crazy 😛

Around 5th one with people I see in the streets, even if I know them. 🤣
