Isso Mou, Kudokitai! or almost anything else by Mishima Kazuhiko... but this one is definitely my favorite.
Junketsu Drop
Critical Lovers though, if I should be honest, I didn't like it that much... but since others seemed to enjoy it I figured I should mention it anyways.
Dounimo Naranai
Kimi Note and Star-like Words, both by Junko :3
Otona Keikenchi
Phew... that was more than I thought. Hope it helped a bit!

Here are some I like:
Koi Cha no Osahou (Tea for Two) by SAKURAGI Yaya
Mousou Elektel and Otona Keikenchi - NEKOTA Yonezou is crazy popular
Kawaii Akuma
Seinen 14-sai - this one is really funny, but I think they might be in middle school?
Gochisousama - the story in ch. 4-5, about the school idol and an otaku, is hilarious
Pretty Scoop! has its moments

The Warui Series 🙂
Starting with Warui Koto Shitai
I like the stories based around the Mujihi couple best....

I second the so called "Warui Series" and add:
-
Boku no Shiru Anata no Hanashi - There are two chapters with high school characters and the other ones are related to the student time of the characters, so it might be a nice one to begin with.
-
Kimi Note and Konbini-kun. by Junko - Both storylines are pretty cute and have their fun moments, while slowly puring in some drama related to the different feelings for the same gender.
-
Me o Tojite 3-Byou - One of my favs, beginning in the student time of the characters and then skipping forward to a time, when seeing the happenings from back then with a more mature point of view. If you have time, you should definitely give it a try. ^^
-
Negative-kun to Positive-kun - A fun read, there's nothing more to say.
If you don't mind ongoing series, then there are a few more to recommend. Kkk.
"It's like love is a bonus in your life. Even without it, I'm just fine. I don't feel like pointlessly searching for it. You don't have to make yourself unhappy." (Ookami Shoujo to Kuro Ouji)
"Why does it rain?" - "To create drama." (Drops (Andou Yuki))

Takaido Akemi's Breakfast Club series is great! There's a good balance of school life and relationship stuff, and lots of humour (although it gets a touch serious towards the end).
