Otome wa Boku ni Koishiteru - Even though it has a gender bender tag on it its not to a point where I would drop the manga. If I - someone who avoids gender bender - can read this then you should be able to too. 😀

Well I found another one that has potential to be a good series.

Moriguchi Orito no Teiougaku - You would probably have to re-read the first chapter again to understand what was actually happening the first few pages. Sadly its new so only 1 chapter out at the moment.

Mahou Shoujo Neko X - The male lead pissed me off so much I couldnt continue pass the first volume. But it was quite ecchi so... meh.

This one doesnt have "heavy" ecchi in it but its at a decent amount I would say. It also has romance which is a bonus for me. 😀

KimiKiss - Various Heroines - The description pretty much sums it up.
Inumimi - Dont drop this just because the male lead looks like a loser. I did that when I first read it and was regretting it the second time round.
Heaven - Its only got 2 chapters but it has potential with the ecchi/harem thing going.

i'd suggest the anime instead (i only found about 7-8 scanlated chapters)
