I'm looking for a shojo or josei manga about a same-gender strong (best) friendship. With nice art of course!

Two examples of this that I really love are Tomodachi Hanashi (two girl friends) and Ore Monogatari (two guy friends).

It doesn't have to just be friendship between two people; it could be a group of really tight-knit friends. The main point is that I want the friendship to be really strong.

Ties of Compassion is a great one about friendship, but its not always about the same genders being friends because it shows multiple friendships develop between multiple characters.

and maybe Boku no Tonari ni Ankoku Hakaishin ga Imasu.? you could say its about the friendship between the 3 male leads but it is really mostly just comedy.

i also strongly second Kimi to Boku, it has such a calming presence to it.
