This poll is pretty pointless, if only because each of these has varying degrees of realism.
For instance, despite Gutts being the strongest 'relatively' to other characters in his 'world', we have Ichigo who is easily the strongest out of all the listed. I mean, no other character can suppress weak enemies with merely their spiritual force.
Naruto is easily the weakest out of all those listed. Gutts is relatively realistic, albeit a Hercules of a man. Lucy can be killed quite easily as well. And her power doesn't consist of 'invisible hands', that's just a representation of her telekinesis for the manga -.-'. But in any case, if they knew what her ability was, it'd be game over for her. Not to mention Ichigo could simply turn on his energy and she'd faint.
Really, Ichigo simply has the most unrealistic power/speed out of all of the characters. In fact, the others simply don't even come close. And some of the characters in the list are jokes. And while most may have bad tactics (the whole rush in head on with full energy deal), that's hardly going to matter for someone that can move faster than any of the other characters can see, while launching giant arcs of energy from a sword swing.
Mind you, Allen may stand a chance as well. I haven't caught up on D Gray Man in over a year, so I'm unsure how he's developed.

Besides Ichigo can whip some ass, yes, but if its a SPIRITUAL ass. AFAIK i've never seen Ichigo making any human feel bad with his reiatsu nor kneeling down. I wonder if he could CUT someone with a spiritual blade 🙂

Goku is indeed the strongest Shounen character EVER.
Luffy/ichigo/naruto are strong but they get stronger as they face stronger opponents/trainings.. but Goku is different. He is Strong and at the end of DBZ..he's virtually indestructable.

Indestructable, maybe. Although I have to agree with Dekcah. Just because he's physically indestructable, doesn't mean he couldn't be erased from existance by Haruhi. Although people can probably justifiably call that foul play.
