The main character was once in a position of high power or social status, but later got him/herself a nice smack because of certain mistakes/war/greed/cruel/lust/etc. and are now living a life of hell/poverty or sorts.

if not, just redemption would be okay

Epic indeed ____b (and oh, dont judge the manga based on the first chapter, it gets better on the second chapter onwards.

The main character used to have a happy family, lived quite a normal life with her children (at a refugee space colony) then something happened and her life was literally destroyed. The manga's all bout post apocalyptic wars..and her quest in searching for her missing children
