I'm looking for a manga where the female protagonist gets accused of cheating even though she DID NOT cheat. I repeat, she DID NOT cheat. The person accusing her of cheating is a jealous love rival, and the main male protagonist believes the jealous love rival at first, but then when he finds out that she didn't cheat he regrets everything he did/said to her, but its too late cause the main female protagonist has already left him and has started dating an abusive guy. Also, the main male protagonist gets mad at the jealous love rival and cuts all ties with her completely

It would be good if the main female protagonist stays with the abusive 2nd male lead instead of the main male, lead who didn't believe her. and doesn't forgive him 😀

It would also be very good if the main male lead starts turning into a male yandere in order to get the main female protagonist back 😁

Though it doesn't have an abusive guy I'd try Peach Girl If I remember right the main character gets into a fight and breaks up with her boyfriend at one point because a rumour.
