Hima na no de Hajimete Mimasu. - Crybaby seme who needs to be coddled

Scarlet - First two chapters with crybaby seme but also unexpectedly dark in some spots.

Violence na Kimi ga Suki - Not a crybaby in the strictest sense, but he's easily defeated and kind of wimpy as a seme.

Try checking the crybaby seme/uke tags.
