Or just check out Shinjo Mayu's or Minami Kanan's work, they often draw something along those lines.

I don't recommend (unless you're just looking for stories for rape in it)
Haou Airen and Yuuwaku - Sakaraenai Yokubou because they are 'consensual' rape stories. And if it is consensual it doesn't constitute rape. * :/
Also, most smut that has rape does a crappy job potraying it (in my opinion.) :/ >O the rape victim advocate in me cries 🙄

Bitter Virgin is fairly unique in that it portrays rape more realistically than any other manga I've read. You'll have a hard time finding something comparable.

i highly recommend MARS

Eden no Hana. It's about a girl who is adopted by a family after her parents die. Her foster mother called her by her own dead daughters name, her foster brother rapes and abuses her. Then her real brother who was adopted by another family turns up to take her back now that he's old enough.

It's quite similar to Bitter Virgin, horribly fractured girl and the guy who's trying to save her.
