OK, so what was the subject already?
Ah... yeah mirrors, right? after 2 pages involving only cocktails you tend to forget...
Sooo... I hope you guys know where this is going, right?

Back on topic please! Well the bloody Mary myth is OK, the cocktail isn't really linked to mirrors anymore though

mirrors sometimes scare me when i wake up 1/2 asleep and just about to fall back asleep i look into the mirror and then i see myself with my awesome bedhair that wont stay down properly and also covering 1/2 my face ya...that scares the sh*t out of me....other times im fine

Eh.. they don't bother me.. but that's only because my house has a lot of mirrors... my bedroom especially (both walkin closest have mirror sliding doors and then there's my dresser mirror and vanity mirror). And in my bathroom, instead of tile in the shower, it's 2 of it's walls are full mirrors while the other are see-through glass and then the bathroom mirror is the length of the entire wall.

If it weren't for the gutter, my mind would be homeless.

Simply put mirrors are only creepy if your ugly... 🤣

I only dislike mirrors when I'm washing my face at the sink. I keep thinking I'd look up to see something behind me that isn't there. -_-

The only time mirrors really freaked me out was after watching the original "The Ring". I tried to rationalize it since in the movie, it was televisions that she crawled out of, and not mirrors, but it didn't help; I couldn't sleep and had to talk on the phone with a friend till morning. That was the only time a movie ever got me that bad. 🙁 I'm kind of ashamed of it. XD

And oh, I've heard of this saying that mirrors directly in front of the bed isn't good as your soul or spirit may leave your body (i.e. out-of-body experience) and be confused as to which one's the real body when it returns. Imagine being trapped there in the reflection as the paramedics move your comatose body away...

I bet that happens to you often.

Oh! That reminds me of this one time I slept for 15 hours and I woke up and i couldn't see very well and I when to the bathroom and I looked in the mirrior and I saw something weird. It was blurry and moving. 😲
