Oh, what about rule 3? You know... the one where the unreasonably popular character (often the protagonist but not necessarily) gets preferential treatment as a fanservice? Getting alot of attention, never dying, relating to the protagonist (in either the same or a different media) I'm looking at you, Hitsugaya Toushiro >:-( -- what's with giving him a movie and accompanying chapter in the manga 😕

Nice chapter. Old Man Yama? (Yamamoto Genryuusai) and Shunsui Kyoraku two of my favorite characters in this manga. I know its not the usual fave characters like other people. Finally, I get to see them in action against really strong opponents!

I seem to have a favoritism towards characters with a 'master like' role such as Old Yama. As for Shunsui, he is a lazy guy (which is a 'quality' I admire...). My theory is that lazy guys are lazy for good reason... and the reason might be that they are FREAKING strong and very talented!

I am looking forward to see Stark fight Shunsui because they both have the same personality being lazy (and love taking naps, like me...).
*Plus, Old Man Yama and other shinigami captains (manga and anime) have very high regard for Shunsui as well as Ukitake for being the most senior captains of the Gotei 13 after Old Man Yama.

Other than that, the overall storyline seems to be getting interesting. Old Man Yama is ever impressive as usual... Many of you guys seem to think Shiro-chan (Toushiro Hitsugaya) might get his as* kicked... Well, I don't blame you guys for thinking that because he has never really defeated any super strong opponents up until now... Have to admit, even his Bankai doesn't seem all that great in the past... No offense to him tough, I think he's really cool none the less! I would be sad if he lost though... Hope he comes up with something good!

For now, not really looking forward to Ichigo's fight... Wanna see the Gotei 13 and Espada's in action for the time being.
