hi i'm wondering if anyone knows a manga with a hive mind organisation existing in the world of the manga. Doesn't matter if they are good or bad. Also does not matter if they are sci-fi based(the borg etc) or a fantasy one (psychic one, "join us in the unity" etc). will accept all suggestions
thanks in advance 😀
Jetpack
oh i would like them to have an active part in the story not just a minor part

Its not like the borg or anything but you could argue that "the organization" in the manga claymore is hive like. They take girls and turn them into claymores which are warriors whom look like eachother and more or less follow the organization's orders. Its more military-ish than hive-ish.
As a tip manga that deal with religious or military factions in which "you're with us or you're against us" additudes would probably satisfy you.

Akumetsu is sort of hive-mind in that the protagonist(s) are all clones of each other and think alike and can also transfer memories between each other.
Other than that, the only hive-mind I can think of is in the anime Heroic Age, where a whole planet consists of people who have unified thought and can share memories, conversations in their heads, etc.
The closest thing I can think of is the planet where people live in Eureka Seven since it's sorta linked to all living creatures, but it's not exactly what you're looking for. And I don't think there is a necessity to mention Angels from NGE since I suppose everybody knows that.
What I like in Trivial Pursuit style. Pick your category:
Not exactly what you're looking for, but the main prota strives
to break the hive mind that runs rampant in the medical industry. 🤨
E.D.D -- another doctor trying to change the medical industry!
Maybe Peigenz.

Ok so, I have something that is probably the closest thing I know for what you are looking for. It's called After Transformation, Mine and Her Wild Fantasy. Protagonist is the "Hive-mind," if you could call it that. There are only two bodies, one a male and the other female, with only one mind to work in between them. Nothing lewd between the two bodies just to get that out of the way. Through circumstances at the beginning of the story, they get separated, and they have to figure out why they are in two bodies, who they are, and how to get back into one body. The protagonist struggles and has to overcome the difficulties of multi-tasking between two bodies, while also having to master their respective talents that each body holds. It is quite amusing to read through, with in the rare moments that the bodies are together, there can be perfectly synchronized and planned actions. I know this is a manga site, but would highly recommend reading the LN, because if you pirate the manga, which lets be honest we all do. It'll brush over those sweet sweet moments that you can savor with the extra details and dialogue, as well as not leave you confused. I've read both so take it from me. Even so, if you go the manga/manhwa/manhua (don't know which one it is, don't care to look it up), I don't think you'll be disappointed when asking for it to meet the Hive Mind requirement. Happy reading!

How has no one reccomended Himenospia??
It's literally about a girl who essentially becomes the "queen bee" and stings others (females only) into becoming her "worker bees", also has a solid creepy/fun story and once in a while some relevant bee facts.
Birdmen is also awesome and hive mind. In both manga I recommended the characters do retain their sense of self but it transforms into what is best for the hive. The difference being in Himenospia what they do for the "hive" is based on what the queen wants and in Birdmen it's more of a democracy but nevertheless what every Birdmen wants is the same. But I digress, I don't want to give too much away! Hope this is what you're looking for and enjoy 🙂
